Depart early morning for an outing around the natural lakes Matheysine. I point the nose off it is still at 8 - 6 ° c: nb:

Towards the three lakes on the way, this first part is not difficult, we are at 950m the snow has melted I place quietly along the lakes. 2 of them (Pierre-Chatel and Petichet) are still frozen.

Lake Laffrey

I just run ten kilometers but in a shaded area I froze I decide not to follow the path to the end of Lake Laffrey but change slope to get some sun and altitude, the direction ... 7th Wonder of the Dauphine !

I cut the RN85 " Route Napoleon "to the tune of St Theoffrey to get back on the small hamlet of Gonthéaumes. It follows a path that climbs about 4km and 300D + on the ridges:

Soon 2 hours of jogging, I decided to return quietly at home by crossing the highway and ending with a long way.
