I enjoy list the companies offering their own energy gels and drinks. I have not yet been able to test them all (I do not call me M.Glucose) but I'm working and I hope by 2030 to offer a comparison of all brands!
Start today by the company Overstims:
Founded in 1982, Overstims based Plescop (56 dep.) is the most common brand in the middle of the run.
Here are some of their products tested range:
- Gatosport : I am adept as many tastes available. A dining until 1am before exercise is very convenient for late revivals! Version is now available in salt
-
- Malto (drink before exercise): Take it to the full energy before a big ride. The taste goes through especially when you have to drink the bottle in day out training, I find this is sickening ...
-
- Whiplash and ENERGIX : Gels with energy and light tastes that are digested quite well. I always keep one in my bottle cage that I take during a down moment, the effect is actually visible after 5 to 10 '
-
- Red Tonic sprint air "gels taste very strong, great in summer but in winter give off a little too bronchi!

The GatoSport Overstim of it is so good I could eat just for pleasure: LOVR:
this is for me the ideal pti dej effort before long (> 3 hours)
And Malto, bha ... same opinion as you, it's advice to "cure" for three days before the race ... but generally I crack after 2, and then level because I'm not convinced.
By the effort against a bio HYDRIXIR going pretty well.
For gatosport I find the fragrance that goes as smoothly as is "Coconut chocolate chip +" yes
I find the "whiplash" a little too thick to eat by cons I'm a fan of "red sprint air tonic"
Overstim's is a brand of home

The only fault of their products is that "they have repercussions on the digestive system ... I do a drawing?? lol
