I owned a pair of BOOSTER I had the opportunity to test several trails for short distance (<30km and 2500D +), I actually felt improvements especially in terms of recovery: I had less cramps the calves. By cons, my legs were as hard as wood! The effect had in fact moved the calves to the thighs ... I have since sold the pair!

I decided to attempt the adventure seeing many traileur use these socks Trail Blanc de Serre-Chevalier.
I came across a pair of new COMPRESSPORT to € 25 on ebay => here I am again in possession of socks contention and I intend to push the test a little further ... in training (long sessions) as on Trails (20 to 45km max.)
