The rando-racing is a training mode to full, it can prepare the traileur for day D:
- Active walking: learning to walk on the climbs hard to keep the juice
- Carrying the backpack: meet in competition, taking the equipment provided for the race
- Test gels, energy drinks: choose the product that you digest the better
- Output of over 2 hours long: to accustom the body to work long
- ...
It may very well replace a jog along the weekend for example but remember not to schedule a session or VMA level the next day, the legs may be heavy!
